Roles and written terms
Solar System Installations helps homeowners plan solar and storage projects. The seller or provider identified in the written agreement is responsible for equipment fulfillment and freight under its terms.
When an offer may apply
Free standard delivery applies only when an active eligible offer and written quote say so. Geographic, equipment, access, and service exclusions apply. No fixed transit time is promised globally.
Processing and transport
Orders may require payment clearance, configuration review, address confirmation, and inventory allocation. Small parts may travel by parcel; panels, batteries, or cabinets may require freight, curbside delivery, appointments, signatures, and multiple shipments. Tracking can arrive separately.
Prepare, inspect, and report
Provide a safe, accessible delivery location and accurate contact details. Before signing, count packages and note visible damage on the carrier record. Photograph packaging and labels. Report concealed damage, missing items, or incorrect items promptly under seller instructions, and retain all packaging.
Incorrect addresses, missed appointments, redelivery, remote access, special equipment, or storage can create charges. Weather, carrier constraints, utility events, and other conditions may delay delivery. The final written seller terms control.
