Does submitting a request guarantee financing?
No. Solar System Installations does not guarantee approval, rate, payment, incentive, or provider availability. Current lender and provider disclosures control.
What does the free assessment include?
It organizes your home and project information, suggests relevant system categories, and lets you request available provider options. It is not an onsite visit, engineering plan, installed-price promise, or provider guarantee.
How much does solar cost?
Solar cost depends on the home, energy use, equipment, installation complexity, and location. A property evaluation and written proposal are needed before final pricing is available.
Will solar work on my house?
Fit depends on roof orientation, shade, electrical setup, local conditions, and available mounting space. A qualified property review confirms whether a roof, ground-mount, or another configuration is practical.
Do I need batteries?
Not every solar project needs batteries. The decision depends on grid reliability, backup needs, energy goals, compatible equipment, and budget. A battery may add outage capability, but supported loads and duration require a specific design.
Can I install solar if I am not ready to buy?
Yes. You can complete an assessment and compare available systems before making a purchase commitment. The assessment is free, and no purchase is required.
How long does installation take?
Timing varies with site review, design, permitting, equipment availability, inspections, and utility requirements. A provider should give a project-specific schedule and explain which milestones can affect it.
Is installation always included?
No. Installation is included only when an eligible written provider quote expressly includes and defines it. Nonstandard work and exclusions must also be written.
Do you ask for a Social Security number or credit score?
No. The assessment does not request Social Security numbers, bank details, or exact credit scores.
Why is availability shown as unconfirmed?
Provider coverage must be confirmed by ZIP. Areas remain unavailable until a real provider agreement and current coverage are verified.
Is delivery always free?
No. A current published offer and provider quote must confirm eligibility. Territory, equipment, access, freight, and surcharge exclusions apply.
Will one battery back up my entire home?
Not necessarily. Supported loads and duration depend on battery quantity, inverter output, solar production, appliance loads, reserve settings, electrical design, weather, and installer configuration.
Are complete off-grid kits comparable with battery-only products?
Only with context. A complete kit may include panels, storage, inverter, controls, and wiring, while a battery product may require compatible external components. The comparison page marks this distinction.
Can specifications change?
Yes. Product information is summarized from manufacturer materials. Confirm current data, exact SKU, compatibility, and terms in the signed provider agreement.
Who handles a warranty claim?
The manufacturer, seller, or installer identified in the applicable document handles the claim. Solar System Installations does not expand those warranties.
