Returns, cancellations, and refunds

The assessment has no purchase charge

Solar System Installations' online assessment is free. Any equipment or installation purchase is contracted with the seller or provider named in the agreement.

Authorization comes first

Never send equipment back without return authorization and routing instructions. An illustrative provider framework might target reports of damage or defective-on-arrival goods within 14 days and requests for unused, uninstalled stock-equipment returns within 30 days. Those periods are examples, not universal Solar System Installations promises.

Condition, shipping, and inspection

Approved returns may require original packaging, complete accessories, serial-number verification, safe battery handling, and inspection before refund. The provider may cover shipping for its error or an eligible defect; customer change-of-mind shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Common restrictions

Custom-configured, installed, modified, commissioned, clearance, and electrical equipment may be restricted or nonreturnable where lawful and disclosed. A disclosed restocking fee may apply. Refunds normally return to the original payment method, with processing beginning after inspection.

Project deposits, completed design work, permits, installation cancellations, and change orders are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law. The final provider contract controls.
