Solar System Installations' role

Solar System Installations provides educational information, preliminary system-planning assistance, and a way for homeowners to request contact about residential solar installation, battery storage, backup power, and related services. Unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise, Solar System Installations is not the equipment manufacturer, utility, lender, tax adviser, or onsite installer.

The written proposal or project agreement identifies the parties responsible for equipment sales, engineering, onsite installation, financing, shipping, permits, interconnection, warranties, maintenance, and required licenses. Review that document before making a purchase decision.

Product and provider information

Product names, specifications, capacity, power, warranty summaries, compatibility information, and illustrations may be based on manufacturer materials available when content was reviewed. Manufacturers can revise products and terms without notice. Final equipment and specifications must be confirmed in the written proposal and manufacturer documents.

A provider shown or contacted through the service is not automatically licensed, certified, insured, manufacturer-authorized, or available for every project. Review the provider's identity, license status, insurance, references, complaint history, and contract terms with the appropriate state or local authority before signing an agreement or making a payment.

System design and installation

Website configurations are examples, not final engineered designs. Roof condition, structure, shade, orientation, electrical service, load profile, equipment location, fire and building codes, utility requirements, permitting, communications, and site access can change the final design and cost. A qualified provider must assess these conditions.

Do not install, modify, energize, disconnect, or service solar, battery, or high-voltage electrical equipment unless you are qualified and authorized to do so. Follow manufacturer instructions, codes, permit requirements, and emergency guidance. Contact emergency services or the applicable utility when conditions present an immediate hazard.

Pricing, offers, and availability

Displayed prices and ranges are planning references unless expressly identified as a current binding offer. They may exclude tax, freight, permits, design, engineering, roof or structural work, trenching, electrical upgrades, utility work, commissioning, financing costs, and change orders. Final pricing depends on the written scope and site conditions.

Offers are subject to their stated eligibility, dates, locations, exclusions, provider participation, and written terms. “Free,” “included,” or similar language applies only when the complete offer terms and written proposal say it does. Equipment, providers, financing, incentives, and installation capacity may not be available in every ZIP code.

Energy production, savings, and backup

No energy production, utility-bill savings, payback period, home-value increase, grid independence, or environmental outcome is guaranteed. Results vary with weather, shade, roof orientation, equipment, degradation, system availability, household usage, utility rates, rate design, export credit, curtailment, maintenance, and other conditions.

Battery nameplate capacity does not by itself determine outage duration or supported loads. Backup performance depends on usable energy, state of charge, equipment power limits, starting loads, selected circuits, operating settings, weather, solar production, and customer behavior. Confirm the backed-up circuits and operating assumptions in the final design.

Incentives, taxes, and financing

Tax credits, rebates, renewable-energy certificates, net-metering arrangements, and other incentives depend on current law, program rules, eligibility, timing, ownership, tax circumstances, and available funding. They can change or end. Solar System Installations does not provide tax or legal advice and does not guarantee any incentive. Confirm current requirements with the responsible agency and a qualified adviser.

Financing is subject to provider and lender terms, credit approval, fees, interest, liens or security interests, prepayment provisions, transfer rules, and applicable disclosures. A displayed monthly amount does not establish total project cost. Review the full financing agreement and compare total payments before accepting it.

Warranties and service

Manufacturer product warranties and provider workmanship warranties are separate. Coverage, exclusions, registration, transferability, connectivity, remedies, labor, shipping, diagnosis, removal, and reinstallation responsibilities vary. Website summaries do not expand or replace the controlling written warranty.

Trademarks and outcomes

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies referenced products and does not by itself imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or authorization.

No financing approval, installation date, permit approval, utility approval, provider match, warranty outcome, or project result is guaranteed. Current official documents and the signed agreement control when they differ from website content.
